Mr. Fenyo is Managing Partner of IIC. He has an extensive track record supporting companies to restructure and return to profitability and many years of experience doing business in Spain. Previously he founded a turnaround consultancy and was a consultant at A.T. Kearney. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton Business School. He is also a co-founder of Lansdowne Consulting, a leading international strategy and restructuring consultancy.
Tobias Hofmann

Mr. Hofmann is Managing Partner of IIC. Previously he held partner and advisor roles for leading consultancies including A.T. Kearney in London, Paris and Munich. He has extensive experience in successfully turning around and restructuring companies on an international basis. He is also a co-founder of Lansdowne Consulting, a leading international strategy and restructuring consultancy.
Jan Pyttel
Managing partner
Mr. Pyttel is Managing Partner of IIC. Before he was founder and board member of a major private equity and industrial restructuring firm. Previously he built up a group of textile-leasing companies. He has worked in the M&A departments for Lazard in Frankfurt and Salomon Smith Barney in London. Up until 1993 he acquired restructuring experience at the East German Privatization agency Treuhandanstalt.
Axel Folchert

Mr. Folchert is an entrepreneurial executive with extensive experience as CEO, CFO & CRO in leading national and international enterprises across multiple industries. He has successfully carried out strategic transformations, turnarounds and restructuring to bring under-performing companies back to profitability. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in Spain.
Romain Jeanjean
Associate Partner France
Mr. Jeanjean is Associate Partner of IIC. Previously he worked in the M&A departments of Lehman Brothers and HSBC and in the Real Estate Investment Banking team at JPMorgan in London. Romain has worked on numerous M&A transactions in Europe in a variety of sectors. He holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School and an MBA degree from EM Lyon. He is also a partner at ARECAP, a corporate finance and real estate consultancy.
Kerry Lynch

Mr. Lynch is an experienced Managing Director and entrepreneur who has worked with IIC to transform Rowe’s, a struggling Cornish bakery business, into a highly profitable and nationally expanding enterprise. He excels in the areas of strategy development, operational redesign and change management. More importantly, he delivers on these plans and achieves exceptional results for all stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers and shareholders.

Mr Kuschke is a talented transformation executive with extensive operations and restructuring experience through his roles at Railmaint GmbH and his previous positions in management consulting and engineering. He is dynamic, goal-oriented and passionate about operational efficiency and technology, particularly the design and implementation of digital solutions to take enterprises to the next level.
